Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Consultant to join our client’s team in Welkom. You will engage with potential clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and present the product range to drive growth across the territory.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, enjoy travel, and can manage the sales pipeline with regular reporting. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for travel within the Welkom region.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales or business development experience is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned geographical area.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide detailed product information and technical assistance as required.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately through regular reporting.
