Job summary

GoFibre is hiring Field Sales Executives to drive growth by visiting homeowners, presenting full fibre broadband benefits, and matching customers with the right package. You’ll work Monday to Friday 12:00–20:00 with weekends on rotation.

You will earn £26,227.50 as base salary, plus uncapped commission and loyalty bonuses over £4,000 in year one, with a guaranteed path to £28,000 after 12 months. A company car and fuel card are included, along with training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay on your feet and outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Knock on 100+ doors daily to create opportunities.
• Discuss fibre benefits with homeowners.
• Help customers select the GoFibre package.
• Turn conversations into sales and hit personal targets.
• Represent the GoFibre brand with energy and confidence.
