Job summary

GoFibre is hiring Field Sales Executives to drive growth by visiting homeowners, presenting full fibre broadband benefits, and matching customers with the right package. You’ll work Monday to Friday 12:00–20:00 with weekends on rotation.

You will earn £26,227.50 as base salary, plus uncapped commission and loyalty bonuses over £4,000 in year one, with a guaranteed path to £28,000 after 12 months. A company car and fuel card are included, along with training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay on your feet and outdoors for long periods.

What does a typical day look like?

• Knock on 100+ new doors every day , creating opportunities and building relationships.
• Have genuine conversations with homeowners about the benefits of full fibre broadband.
• Help customers find the right GoFibre package for their home.
• Turn conversations into sales and achieve personal targets.
• Represent the GoFibre brand with confidence, energy and enthusiasm.

How we work

Monday to Friday | 12:00pm – 8:00pm and weekends on rotational basis

Your mornings are yours. Hit the gym, walk the dog, run errands or simply enjoy a slower start before heading out to meet customers.
