EnviroNZ in Dunedin is seeking a high-energy field sales professional to drive new business across the Otago region. You will build strong customer relationships, manage a robust pipeline, and meet revenue targets in a dynamic, essential services sector.

The role blends office and field work, with a company car provided. You will be the face of EnviroNZ, delivering tailored solutions, reporting on progress, and collaborating with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven customer service experience, face-to-face and by phone.
• Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Strong planning, time management, and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence presenting to all levels, including executives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Competency in preparing professional sales proposals.
• High level of professionalism and personal conduct.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business, securing all wins on valid service agreements.
• Grow market share through daily prospecting, including appointments and cold calls.
• Represent EnviroNZ in the field and provide tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Manage an accurate sales pipeline and achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Complete weekly/monthly reporting and maintain accurate records.
• Operate safely and follow company procedures at all times.
