Job summary

Expandable Homes in New Zealand is seeking a sales-focused individual to manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale. You will ensure customers receive professional, helpful, and accurate information about modular unit solutions and assist with on-site visits and demonstrations.

You will handle enquiries via phone, online and walk-ins, coordinate appointments, and help identify solutions that meet customer needs while keeping the site organized and presentable for visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Construction industry experience (optional).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in face-to-face, phone and email沟通.
• Consultative sales approach to identify customer needs.
• Strong follow-up and ability to manage multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and conduct on-site product demonstrations.
• Explain product features, configurations, applications and options.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable modular unit solutions.
• Respond to phone, online and walk-in sales enquiries.
• Follow up leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
• Prepare or assist with quotations, sales information and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, customer discussions and sales progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate customer appointments and site visits.
