Farmers Centre Place is seeking a friendly Sales and Service Assistant to join our team in Hamilton. This part-time role supports the store with attentive customer service, product knowledge, and a tidy, well-stocked department.

You’ll help customers find the right products, assist in fitting rooms, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, are energetic and upbeat, and can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

Sales and Service Assistant - Level 2

OurCentre Place storeis looking for an energeticSales and Service Assistant to join our team. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 yearsretail experience.

This is a key role that is all about providing our customers with friendly, helpful service. You'll provide a great customer shopping experience by:

• Welcoming customers to our store and offering assistance
• Listening to their needs and finding solutions
• Providing product knowledge to help customers make their selection
• Ensuring the department is kept tidy and well stocked
• Providing assistance in our fitting rooms

This role is a Part Time role and it will involve working Monday 11:30am -6:15pm, Tuesday 8:45am-3:15pm, Wednesday 8:45am-3:30pm, Thursday 11:30am-7:15pm, Sunday 9:45am -5:15pm. Flexibility is a must through extended trading hours and Christmas.

Our stores can be busy, so we need someone who is energetic, positive and with a can-do attitude.
