BD is seeking a Deployment Consultant, Solution Deployment based in Canada with field responsibilities and up to 80% travel across the country. The role guides customer stakeholders through the implementation of BD Medication Management Solutions, focusing on pharmacy and nursing workflows.

The candidate will gather requirements, define best practices and design decisions, consult on policies and procedures, and train end users to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in Business, Science, Health Sciences or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of related medical device/healthcare experience, including clinical and technical involvement, with hands-on experience working with infusion pump technologies.
• Must hold a Registered Nurse designation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site assessments and guide design/implementation for BD Medication Management Solutions.
• Provide product, clinical and technical information related to BD solutions.
• Manage customer stakeholder teams and deliver clear communications.
• Install, validate and train end users on BD solutions.
• Maintain documentation for projects, expenses and compliance.
