Job summary

CARTERS East Tamaki is seeking an Account Manager to grow a portfolio of trade customers across Auckland’s residential construction sector. You’ll spend much of your week on site, visiting builders, contractors and developers to ensure CARTERS has what they need when they need it.

Day-to-day you’ll manage the sales cycle, build relationships, coordinate stock and delivery timings with internal teams, and help grow opportunities in the local market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or account management.
• Ability to build trust with customers and follow through.
• Strong organisation to manage a busy call cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trade customers across Auckland's residential sector.
• Visit sites and identify opportunities for CARTERS' products.
• Coordinate stock, delivery timing, and pricing with internal teams.
• Support Frame and Truss Manufacturing sales process from estimate to production.
• Develop new business through networking in the local trade community.
