Job summary

Les Mills Hamilton seeks a part-time Facilities Manager to safeguard our club environments and keep them operating to the highest standards. You will take a hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance, safety, and player-facing facilities that support our 50,000 members.

Based in Hamilton, you’ll lead maintenance tasks, manage supplier relationships, plan ahead, and coordinate logistics for the network of 12 clubs nationwide, ensuring cost-efficient, reliable facilities for staff and members

• Background in project management, building, and/or equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hamilton club facilities to Les Mills standards.
• Oversee facilities across 12 clubs nationwide.
• Ensure cost-efficient operations and member safety.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance tasks and problem-solving on the go.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manage service contracts.
• Lead a team and manage logistics.

We are currently seeking a talented Facilities Manager to join our team at Les Mills Hamilton. As part of the club management team, you'll be an integral part of the team and play a crucial role to deliver exceptional facilities across our 12 clubs nationwide, serving our vibrant community of 50,000 members. You will be the go‑to person for maintaining our Hamilton club facilities, ensuring it meets Les Mills' high standards in a cost-efficient and member-safe manner. You’ll need to have some decent hands‑on maintenance skills to enable you to problem‑solve on the go.

To excel in this role, you will ideally have:

A background in project management, building, and/or equipment maintenance

Proven experience in managing building service and supplier relationships

Strong ability to plan ahead, prioritise effectively, and follow through on tasks

A solid background in team leadership and managing logistics

A keen focus on health and safety to ensure a safe environment for all employees and members

A personal fitness journey and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle
