Job summary

Les Mills Hamilton seeks a part-time Facilities Manager to safeguard our club environments and keep them operating to the highest standards. You will take a hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance, safety, and player-facing facilities that support our 50,000 members.

Based in Hamilton, you’ll lead maintenance tasks, manage supplier relationships, plan ahead, and coordinate logistics for the network of 12 clubs nationwide, ensuring cost-efficient, reliable facilities for staff and members

Qualifications

• Background in project management, building, and/or equipment maintenance.
• Experience managing building services and supplier relationships.
• Ability to plan ahead, prioritise, and follow through.
• Background in team leadership and logistics management.
• Focus on health and safety for a safe environment.
• Personal fitness journey and healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hamilton club facilities to Les Mills standards.
• Oversee facilities across 12 clubs nationwide.
• Ensure cost-efficient operations and member safety.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance tasks and problem-solving on the go.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manage service contracts.
• Lead a team and manage logistics.
