Job summary

Les Mills Hamilton is seeking a proactive Receptionist to welcome members, enroll new prospects, and contribute to membership growth. You’ll be the face of Les Mills, greeting members and maintaining a high standard of service in a busy gym environment.

This part-time role may include Duty Manager shifts. You’ll join a kick-ass reception team that supports each other and upholds Les Mills’ brand standards while helping people stay motivated and engaged with their fitness journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Love working with people and being part of a team that has each other's backs.
• Great confidence when meeting new people.
• Immaculately groomed and fastidious about maintaining an ordered workspace.
• Have a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Handle Reception duties while enrolling new prospects and contributing to membership growth.
• Be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members.
• May cover Duty Manager shifts and responsibilities as required.
