We're looking for a highly organised and practical Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to become the central hub for facilities-related activity across our organisation. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One moment you'll be coordinating maintenance works, the next you'll be managing contractors, supporting health and safety activities, tracking assets, overseeing facilities projects, or helping resolve an urgent operational issue.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, People & Technology, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of facilities, maintenance, compliance, contractors, assets, and operational support activities across the UCSA. The role supports all areas of the organisation and works closely with internal and external stakeholders, internal facilities management function, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
You’ll be the go-to person for facilities-related requests, ensuring issues are assessed, prioritised, assigned to the right people, and followed through to completion. The role also maintains oversight of contractor activity, assists in asset tracking systems, compliance requirements, planned maintenance programmes and health and safety support functions.
