University of Canterbury in Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand seeks an organized data-focused administrator to join the Facilities Management team. You will manage information from the field, validate data, migrate records and support reporting for a large asset portfolio.
You will coordinate field validation visits, resolve data issues and build strong relationships across departments and contractors. Onsite role with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
This isn’t simply a data administration role. You’ll be at the centre of an end-to-end programme that brings together information from across the University, coordinates field validation activity, keeps data moving through the system and helps identify and resolve issues along the way. You’ll play an important role in supporting the management of UC’s $1.4 billion asset portfolio, helping turn information collected in the field into reliable data that can be used to manage our assets effectively.

You don’t need to be an asset management expert on day one — what matters is that you’re confident working with data, systems and people, and you enjoy figuring things out.
