ALH is partnering with a specialist Wellington metalwork business producing high-quality architectural work in stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other specialist metals.
We're looking for an experienced fabricator who takes pride in producing work that doesn't just need to be strong - it needs to look good too.
This role would suit someone who considers themselves a fabricator who can weld, rather than simply a welder who can fabricate.
You'll need to be comfortable taking a job from a drawing through to the finished product without needing someone standing over you.
Experience with architectural metalwork, balustrades, handrails, custom stainless work, sheet metal or high-end fabrication would be particularly useful.
This isn't heavy structural fabrication and it isn't repetitive production welding. You'll be working on custom, visible, high-quality metalwork, so attention to detail and finish are just as important as welding ability.
If you're the type of fabricator who likes being handed a drawing and trusted to take the job from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.
