Job summary

Ibis Wellington is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and bar operations on a rotating 7-day roster, with early and afternoon shifts. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise the F&B team and drive guest experiences while aligning with Accor standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent time management and communication.
• Flexibility: rotating 7-day roster; early and late shifts.
• DM and LCQ certificates preferred; NZ work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
• Create a seamless dining experience and make guests feel welcome.
• Maintain constant communication with all departments.
• Ensure team members are confident in selling menu and beverages.
• Supervise on-duty team to deliver best guest experience.
• Train and onboard staff per department policy.
• Develop a sales approach and drive business growth.
• Promote Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
