Job summary

Ibis Wellington is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and manage the restaurant and bar during shifts. You will onboard and train staff, ensure smooth service, and maintain guest satisfaction across AM/PM rotations on a 32+ hour per week schedule.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll work to grow guest loyalty, promote Accor Live Limitless benefits, and deliver memorable dining experiences while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest interaction and service excellence.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a hospitality team.
• Must be flexible to a 7-day rotating roster and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant and bar operations on shift.
• Guide onboarding and training of F&B team.
• Drive guest experiences and promote loyalty program usage.
• Ensure staff are trained on menu, beverage, and services.
