Job summary

Skyline Enterprises in Queenstown currently seeks a Food & Beverage Attendant with bartending experience to deliver high‑level service across our bars, restaurant and café outlets. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, upholding safety, hygiene and liquor licensing while maintaining a professional standard of presentation.

This full‑time role offers variety, including shift work on weekends and public holidays, and includes accommodation options, staff meals and affordable beverages.

Qualifications

• 1 year's bartending experience required.

About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service across Skyline’s food and beverage outlets. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and consistently upholds safety, hygiene, and liquor‑licensing requirements while maintaining a professional standard of presentation. While the primary focus of this role is Bartending, you’ll be an integral member of our Food & Beverage team. Depending on operational requirements and your experience, you may also support service across our Restaurant and Café outlets. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who thrives in a high‑energy hospitality environment. We’re seeking a candidate with Bartending experience who is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and liquor compliance. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts, weekends and school/public holidays.
