Job summary

Ecolab Inc. is seeking an F&B Account Manager in Auckland to grow revenue by serving food and beverage manufacturers with cleaning, sanitising, and quality programs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions, supporting operations, and driving improvements in product quality and efficiency. The role emphasizes relationship-building with site stakeholders, conducting on-site testing and audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, quality or manufacturing within F&B sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering tailored F&B solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct on-site quality testing, inspections and audits to address contamination or hygiene issues.
