Job summary

PwC New Zealand in Christchurch is looking for an experienced External Audit Manager to lead a varied portfolio of audit engagements. You will manage engagements from planning through to completion, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Based in our modern offices overlooking the Avon River, you will coach junior staff, apply IFRS expertise, and shape the future of audit through innovative technology and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of external audit experience in professional services.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
