Deloitte New Zealand in Auckland seeks an experienced Audit Manager to lead day-to-day engagements and mentor audit teams. You will maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and deliver high-quality audit reports while building strong client relationships across IFRS frameworks.

You will oversee delivery, present findings to senior management, and collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional service and risk management. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience as an Audit Manager.
• Experience working in a Big 4 audit environment.
• Strong technical audit and statutory reporting expertise.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS.
• Proven ability to build effective client relationships.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff and leading audit teams.
• Strong presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding audit and risk advisory issues for stakeholders.
