Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn exterior plastering with attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team and take direction from mentors.
• Capable of passing pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Keen to develop skills and progress in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Apply premium exterior plaster systems to residential homes.
• Prepare surfaces and materials to a high standard.
• Produce quality finishes with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe, tidy and organised worksites.
• Work independently or under mentorship for apprentices.
