Job summary

Rightmove Recruitment – Christchurch, South Island is seeking experienced Painters & Plasterers to join our team for an ASAP start. We have several ongoing projects in the residential and commercial space throughout Canterbury on a full-time basis.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 5:00pm. Payrate ranges from $26.00 to $36.00 per hour depending on experience, with PPE provided and weekly pay. Ongoing work with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter and/or Plasterer, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Site Safe is required.
• A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard.
• Carry out plastering work, including filling, sanding and finishing.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
