Job summary

Edge Exterior Plastering in Taupo is seeking motivated individuals for exterior plastering roles. You’ll apply premium plaster systems to homes, prepare surfaces to high standards, and deliver quality finishes.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidates, with daily transport provided from Taupō. PPE, workwear and boots are supplied, and you’ll join a family-run business that values your development.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn exterior plastering with attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team and take direction from mentors.
• Capable of passing pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Keen to develop skills and progress in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, tidy and organised worksites.
• Work independently or under mentorship for apprentices.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Applying premium exterior plaster systems to residential homes
• Preparing surfaces and materials to a high standard
• Producing quality finishes with attention to detail
• Maintaining safe, tidy and organised worksites
• Working independently (experienced plasterers) or learning the trade under experienced mentors (apprentices)
