Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Christchurch seeks an experienced painter to join a busy local operation. You will handle prep, finishing, and general painting across predominantly residential projects, with emphasis on high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of painting experience, are comfortable using brushes and rollers, hold a full NZ driver's license and transport, and can work indoors and outdoors while staying safety conscious. Spraying and plastering are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in painting.
• Experience with brush and roller.
• Full driver's license and reliable transport.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Safety conscious on site.
• Spraying and plastering skills are advantageous, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, finish and perform general painting duties on residential projects.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and finish.
• Contribute as part of a busy local team.
