Job summary

Lion invites an Export Logistics Executive for a 12-month secondment at The Pride in Auckland. You will coordinate export orders end-to-end for global customers, working across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with global customers and manage their export orders from start to finish.
• Receive and process customer orders with accuracy and care.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, warehousing, production and logistics teams to keep everything moving.
• Stay proactive, following up, problem-solving and ensuring orders land on time.
• Own the admin that keeps us compliant and efficient, including invoices, documentation, and reporting.

The Role

Coordinate export orders end-to-end for a portfolio of global customers, coordinating across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
