Job summary

Lion in Auckland is seeking an Export Logistics Executive for a 12-month secondment at The Pride. You will coordinate export orders end-to-end across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You’ll build strong relationships with global customers, manage documentation and invoicing, and work closely with freight forwarders and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export orders end-to-end for a portfolio of global customers across freight, warehousing, production and logistics.

• Own admin tasks that keep us compliant and efficient, including invoices, documentation and reporting.

The Role

Coordinate export orders end-to-end for a portfolio of global customers, coordinating across freight, warehousing, production and logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of global customers and managing their export orders from start to finish
• Receive and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Work closely with freight forwarders, warehousing, production and logistics teams to keep everything moving
• Stay proactive, following up, problem-solving and ensuring orders land on time
• Own the admin that keeps us compliant and efficient, including invoices, documentation, and reporting

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity based at The Pride.
