Job summary

Mace Landscape Group in Takanini, Auckland, is seeking experienced gardeners to join our garden care team. Based from our main yard, you’ll work on commercial and high-end residential sites across Auckland, carrying out maintenance to award-winning standards.

This role requires physical work, a current NZ driver's license, and a positive attitude. We offer career development, team events, and a supportive team environment.

Mace Landscape Group – Takanini, North Island

We are looking for experienced gardeners to join our garden care team based from our main yard in Takanini. As one of Auckland's leading landscaping companies, we specialise in commercial and high end residential projects across the greater Auckland area and provide complete services from design to installation and garden care to an award winning standard.

Tasks & Responsibilities

You will be working along side our team leaders and Supervisors to deliver great results for our clients! This will require a good base knowledge of a broad range of gardening tasks as you'll be working on multiple sites on any given day, carrying out customised maintenance plans.

Mowing & Weedeating

Pest and Disease Management

Formative Pruning and Hedge Trimming

Minor Irrigation Repairs

Skills & Attributes

Applicants will be considered on the following attributes:

Previous experience in a similar role

A current NZ drivers license (full or restricted) (Manual)

Work is physical so a good level of health and fitness is required

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and work hard in a team environment

Ability to lead and set the standard onsite

Good level of personal presentation and reliability

An enthusiasm to subscribe to and demonstrate our team core values and safe work practices
