Qualifications

Formal cookery qualification and/or three years of professional cooking experience.
Hands-on experience preparing Asian cuisine.
Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Experience working within a professional kitchen team.
Ability to follow established recipes and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Asian cuisine while maintaining quality and presentation.
Follow established recipes, preparation methods, portion requirements, and kitchen procedures.
Plan and organise daily food preparation and cooking activities.
Assist with menu planning and estimating food and labour requirements.
Monitor food quality from preparation to final presentation.
