Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Palmerston North is seeking an Experienced Roofer / Team Lead to install long-run metal roofing, cladding and flashing, while guiding on-site workflows and supporting apprentices. You will lead a small crew, coordinate with clients and management on progress, ensure site safety, accurate measurements, and top-quality workmanship.

A valid NZ driver's licence and a commitment to a safe, reliable work history are essential, with opportunities for advancement into supervisory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on metal roofing and re-roofing experience.
• Proven ability to lead small crews on site.
• Good communication with clients and coordination with crew.
• Clean NZ driver’s licence.

• Good communication skills to deal professionally with clients and coordinate smoothly with the crew
• A clean, current New Zealand driver's licence
• A reliable track record with a clean personal/work history and a strong commitment to safety and reliability
• Legally entititled to work in New Zealand (NZ Residency or valid work visa)
