Qualifications

• Proven executive or senior advisory experience with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong track record in regulation, regulatory systems or public sector governance.
• Excellent written communication skills; experience developing executive advice, governance or board papers.
• Strong analytical capability using data and insights to inform recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality strategic and executive advice to support senior leadership decision making.
• Lead business planning, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across Commercial Transport Regulation.
• Develop business cases, governance papers, strategic reports and executive-level advice.
• Translate policy, requirements and government expectations into practical approaches.
• Lead complex strategic initiatives that strengthen regulatory performance and safety outcomes.
