Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is seeking an Executive Director, Alliances to manage the Partnership location in collaboration with the Medical Director. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and MBA, MHA, MM or related degree.
• Five to seven years of healthcare administrative or program management responsibilities.
• Experience in rehabilitation service delivery in an academic hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of the Rehabilitation Program in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Develop budgets and conduct variance analysis; manage financial and material resources within the approved budget.
• Build effective teams and strong relationships with colleagues, Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, the Partner, and Partnership stakeholders.
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.
• Monitor and analyze financial operations and develop proactive strategies to support strong financial performance.
• Develop and implement referral promotion and marketing plans for Shirley Ryan AbilityLab services at the Partnership.
• Provide leadership for the relationship with Alliance Health System and collaborate across the Partnership.
• Select and manage key staff across service lines, levels of care, programs, and sites of care.
