Job summary

Link Health is seeking a hands-on Clinic Operations Director to lead daily clinic operations, improve workflows, and support the Clinic Operations team in delivering strong results. You will partner with the Executive Director and cross-functional teams to scale programs while ensuring accountability and operational excellence.

The role requires overseeing staff, coordinating staffing and resources, and driving continuous improvement using data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations/program management in healthcare or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic alliances with measurable outcomes.
• Strong operational and project management experience with demonstrated process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with frontline staff and partners.
• Experience leading teams and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and ensure performance targets are met.
• Maintain presence in Boston-area clinics to support staff and troubleshoot.
• Review performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Oversee Clinic Operations Manager and Coordinator with clear goals and accountability.
• Collaborate with Research, Technology and other teams to improve service delivery.
