Beef + Lamb New Zealand, Wellington, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager Policy & Communications. The role covers executive support, diary and travel management, and coordination across the wider team.
You’ll prepare papers, minutes, and presentations, support board reporting, and handle financial administration including invoices and expenses, while maintaining stakeholder information with discretion.
