Beef + Lamb New Zealand (B+LNZ) is seeking an organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager Policy & Communications. Based in our Wellington office, you will manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external meetings across the wider team.
In this varied role you will assist with board reporting, prepare papers and minutes, handle financial administration and invoicing, and help keep stakeholder information up to date.
