Work closely with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team in a role that sits at the heart of the business. Enjoy a varied position combining executive support, project involvement and organisational coordination. Full time or part-time (5 days/week) opportunity based in Islington, Christchurch. Behind every successful leadership team is someone who keeps things moving. As New Zealand's Caterpillar dealer, Terra Cat is a business built on strong relationships, practical solutions and great people, and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to help our CEO and Executive Leadership Team perform at their best. About You We're looking for someone who understands that great Executive Assistants do far more than manage calendars. You're comfortable working with senior leaders, build credibility quickly, and know how to influence outcomes while maintaining a highly supportive approach.
If you're an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a role where your professionalism, initiative and organisational skills will be genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.
