Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join a leading Waikato-based civil construction company that’s known for its quality workmanship, supportive culture, and steady pipeline of projects. This is a great opportunity to secure stable work with a growing team that values its people.

About the role:

You’ll be operating excavators across a range of civil construction projects throughout the Waikato, with a strong focus on detailed excavation, working around live services, footings, trenching around utilities, This role requires precision operating in tight environments while maintaining a high standard of safety and productivity. You’ll be joining a close knit crew that takes pride in quality workmanship, teamwork, and delivering projects safely and efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven digger operating experience
• Confident working with on different machines
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Willing to travel to different sites around Auckland
• Full class 1 license and WTR
• Ability to pass a drug test

• $30 - $35 per hour (experience dependent ) + 8% Holiday Pay
