Qualifications

Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

Success Building & Renovation Company Ltd is a well-established construction company based in West Auckland. We specialise in a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects, including site works, foundations, retaining walls, and landscaping.

We are currently seeking an experienced Digger Operator to join our professional and growing team.

Position Description / Key Responsibilities

• Operating excavators and other earthmoving machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing site cuts, trenching, and drainage works
• Carrying out driveway, foundation, and retaining wall excavation
• Assisting with demolition and material loading
• Trucking and transporting materials on-site
• Maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance issues
• Complying with all site health and safety procedures and environmental regulations

Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating excavators or similar earthmoving equipment
• Sound knowledge of site safety practices and excavation techniques

• Class 4 Driver’s Licence

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 (depending on experience and skill level)
