Job summary

Time Personnel in Wellington is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end event transport, equipment rentals, setup schedules and venue layouts. You will align on-site operational teams and supervise setup, monitoring live service standards and troubleshooting during events.

The role requires at least 2 years' logistics experience in the events sector, a diploma/degree in related fields, and a valid SA driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in logistics within the events coordination industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Event Coordination, Logistics or related field highly advantageous.
• Valid SA driving license.
• On-site stays and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event transport, equipment rentals, setup schedules and venue layouts
• Align on-site operational teams
• Supervise event setup, monitor live service standards, troubleshoot emergencies and manage teardown
• Track logistics expenses, process purchase orders, gather quotes and maintain inventory registers
• Ensure all activities comply with local safety, hygiene, and venue regulations
