Job summary

Gather Recruitment in Auckland is seeking an experienced Event Producer to own the full lifecycle of corporate events, from brief shaping to on-the-ground delivery and post-event wrap.

You will develop trusted client relationships, communicate clearly, troubleshoot efficiently, and contribute to event strategy and creative development. Based in central Auckland, you’ll join a vibrant team delivering high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working in corporate events, spanning live, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of event production.
• A calm, solutions-focused approach and the ability to think on your feet.
• A genuine passion for events and creating impactful experiences.
