Vaka Tautua is seeking an Event Planner to design and deliver engaging events for Pacific families across Aotearoa. You will coordinate logistics, health and safety, and communications with service delivery teams to run professional, accessible and culturally responsive events that leave a memorable impact.
In this 12-month fixed term role, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, plan event run sheets, and support promotions while ensuring compliance and safety across activities.
As our Event Planner, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, well-organised events that support Pacific families and communities across Aotearoa. Working closely with service delivery teams and stakeholders, you'll coordinate logistics, communications, health and safety requirements, and event administration to ensure every event is professional, accessible, culturally responsive, and memorable.
