Job summary

The Warehouse Group in New Zealand is seeking a PM Pick By Store Team Member (Fixed Term Until Feb 2027) to help move products from our warehouse to store shelves across Aotearoa. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare pallets, using RF scanners and collaborating with a great team in a fast-paced DC.

This fixed-term role runs through the peak season, typically Monday to Friday, with shifts from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. A valid MHE licence, physical fitness, and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Have previous warehouse or DC experience (preferred).
• Hold a current MHE licence (or be keen to learn for future opportunities).
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend and move stock.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Picking stock accurately for store orders using RF scanners
• Building and wrapping pallets for safe transport
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Keeping workspace clean, tidy, and safe
• Team up with others to keep the DC moving smoothly
