Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Auckland is hiring for an AM Pick By Store Team Member (Fixed Term until Feb 2027). Join our fast-paced distribution centre and help get products from warehouse to store shelves, keeping our stores stocked and customers satisfied.

You will pick stock with RF scanners, build pallets, and work to daily targets in a safety-focused environment. Prior warehouse experience and a current MHE licence are preferred; candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or DC experience is preferred.
• Current MHE licence or willingness to learn for future opportunities.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and move stock.
• Positive, can-do attitude with clear communication.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock accurately for store orders using RF scanners.
• Build and wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team to keep the DC moving smoothly.
