Job summary

ERoad is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O expertise to drive finance delivery, including AR and Billing. You will lead requirements, document functional designs, and coordinate UAT across D365 changes while collaborating with IT, finance SMEs, and integration specialists.

You’ll partner across Finance and Operations teams, shaping solutions, data model decisions and integrations with CRM/CPQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or blended AX/D365 F&O
• Proven delivery of D365 F&O or AX implementations, upgrades or major enhancements in a commercial setting
• Hands-on experience across Finance, Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
• Solid grasp of the D365 F&O data model, workflow configuration and integration patterns
• Strong functional design documentation and UAT coordination skills
• Revenue Recognition or Project Operations experience is a strong plus
• Customer-to-cash processes exposure (invoicing, billing runs, credit management) is a strong plus
• SQL, Power Platform or Snowflake experience is a strong plus
