Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an IT Application Support specialist focused on ERP to keep Infor M3 and connected systems running smoothly across the East Tamaki site. You will investigate incidents, manage access, support change activities and drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the ERP Manager, you’ll work with process owners across sales, supply chain and manufacturing to keep business-critical applications stable, secure, and productive for users. This is a 5-day onsite role in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong experience providing IT application support (incident/service request/problem management).
• ERP experience strongly preferred (Infor M3).
• Experience with user and access administration (AD/Entra ID) and least privilege.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to handle complex issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication; translate tech concepts for non-technical users.
• Security-first mindset across all activities.
• Experience with integrated applications (POS, portals, Power Apps) and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT application support for ERP and connected systems.
• Investigate incidents, service requests and problems; perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for escalations and patches.
• Support change and release activities including UAT and post-release stabilisation.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce rework.
• Deliver training and onboarding; create training materials and coaching.
• Follow cyber security policies and report suspected security incidents.
