Peninsula Australia is seeking a Workplace Relations Expert to advise SME clients on HR/ER matters over the phone and email. You will address disciplinary actions, performance management, investigations, and legislative compliance while collaborating with experienced colleagues in a supportive, social environment.

What You'll do:

As a workplace relations expert, you'll be the cornerstone of support for our clients—small to medium enterprises across key industries. You’ll:

• Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice, primarily over the phone and email.
• Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislation compliance.
• Work with like-minded and experienced individuals as part of a collaborative, supportive & social environment.

We’re looking for:

• Individuals who have the ability to communicate clearly with a focus on commercial and easy to understand advice.
• The ability to guide clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
