Aon is on the search for an Employee Relations Advisor or experienced HR Generalist to fill a 12-month Fixed-Term opportunity within our People Matters team. As a People Matters Consultant, this role is responsible for providing practical and commercially sound guidance on employee relations, HR policies and legislative compliance, while partnering with leaders to deliver positive people outcomes.
This opportunity would ideally suit an applicant with approximately 2 years employee relations experience, or a broader generalist HR background with exposure to performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters and manager advisory work.
This role is open in our Auckland office and is suitable for candidates seeking either full-time or part-time arrangements.
