Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora's Starship Community seeks a permanent, full-time Quality & Business Support Coordinator to enable safe, effective service delivery. You’ll support operations, quality improvements, data-informed decisions and equity-focused practice.

Working with clinical, administration teams and leadership, you will help develop and implement processes, maintain data for clinical excellence, and support contract reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in admin, business support, quality improvement or project coordination.
• Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• Strong analytics to collect, interpret and present data.
• Strong relationship management to build partnerships.
• Highly developed organisational skills with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes.
• Be proactive, adaptable and solutions focused.

Responsibilities

• Support service operations to enable safe and effective functioning.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives with equity-focused service delivery.
