Job summary

Starship Community in Auckland is seeking a permanent, full-time Quality & Business Support Coordinator to enable safe, effective service delivery and equity-focused improvements. You will work with clinical and administration teams and senior leadership to improve processes and maintain data for reporting and governance.

The role requires at least 2 years in admin/quality roles, strong analytics, and excellent relationship management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in an administrative, business support, quality improvement or project coordination role.
• Advanced computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital systems.
• Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, interpret and present data to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, administration teams and senior leadership to develop and implement processes, maintaining data for clinical excellence, quality monitoring and contract reporting.
• The overall aim is to support service operations to enable safe and effective service functioning, quality improvement initiatives and decision making with an equity focus.
