You will build trust with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses, and drive growth across your territory with support from an experienced team.

You will identify new opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain strong partnerships to maximise customer productivity and business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in agricultural/industrial sectors.
• Well-established network within farming, rural, or construction communities.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills, including CRM systems and ability to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
• Promote Norwood's agricultural and construction equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and new business.
• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
