Job summary

Hoburne Park in Christchurch is seeking an Entertainment Team Member to join our on-site team. You’ll help deliver indoor and outdoor entertainment, ensure a warm welcome for owners and holidaymakers, and may perform as a costume character or on-stage in production shows.

The role is fixed-term, 40 hours per week, with some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. You’ll be part of a friendly family-focused park network offering excellent staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or entertainment settings preferred.
• Ability to engage with owners and holidaymakers to deliver first-class service.
• Willingness to perform as a Hoburne costume character and on-stage in shows.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding indoor and outdoor entertainment in a clean, safe environment.
• Welcome owners and holidaymakers with warmth and help create treasured memories.
• Perform as a Hoburne costume character when required.
• Perform on stage in production shows.
• Create a sense of community and a family-friendly atmosphere.
• Deliver high levels of customer service in line with company policies.
• Maintain entertainment notice boards with programme and events.
